Ms. Robin Diamond’s practice focuses on trust and estate administration, conservatorships, guardianships, probate litigation and estate planning, including trusts, wills and powers of attorney. Robin was admitted to the bar in 1995 and may appear before all of the State Courts of California as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Robin received her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento while working full-time and raising three daughters. Robin also holds a M.P.A. from the University of Southern California and a M.A. and B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from Northwestern University.
Prior to practicing law, Robin worked as a speech therapist in a variety of health care settings focusing on stroke rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury, dementia and other medically-related issues. Robin also worked in hospital administration handling financial budgeting matters. With this experience, Robin brings a unique perspective to the practice of law in the probate, estate and conservatorship arena. Robin is dedicated to helping clients meet their needs and resolve unavoidable disputes during difficult times.
